Can I upload my own design files?

Absolutely. Simply email your SVGs, PNG, or high-resolution JPEG files. Once received, our pre-press team performs a complimentary check to ensure print-ready quality before production begins.

Do you offer design assistance if I don’t have artwork?

Yes. Our in-house designers can create or refine artwork to match your brand guidelines. We will schedule a brief consultation to gather your vision.

Can I supply my own product?

Yes. we can engrave your personal items. We can also supply certain products as well, which we are happy to discuss via our initial email consultation.

Do you have a minimum quantity for projects?

Whether it’s one piece or 100, we can get it done .
